Maths

Remember to watch the videos first then complete the tasks. The tasks DO NOT need to be printed out but can be read from a screen and you can answer them on paper or verbally to a family member. As always, do what you can in the time that you have and don't worry if you get stuck. If you are a year 2 it is fine to try the Year 1 work if you are finding the videos a bit tricky. 

Year 1

This week Year 1 are looking at arrays and doubles. Below are some practical ways you could make arrays at home.

You could use a mirror to teach doubles or maybe play a game of dominos?

 Year 2

 

This week Year 2 are looking at 2d and 3d shapes.

Have a look around your home for different shapes or go on a shape hunt in your local park.
