WALK AND TALK
We know that staying at home with your family is very nice but it can also have its challenges! Children can feel unsettled and confused about the current changes.
Today try and take time to some self care (children and parents). This could be switching off all devices after a certain time, having a relaxing bath or taking time to watch a film together.
Go for a walk with your family today and take in the scenery, listen for the birds, feel the cold on your cheeks and the wind through your hair! Make sure you chat away with your grown up's and enjoy each other's company. And take some really deep breaths to keep nice, calm and relaxed.
Remember you are all doing an amazing job!!!!
