On this page we will be putting activities and ideas to help you and your parents look after your mental health and wellbeing. Each week there will be something new to try, please have a go at it and remember - 'BE KIND'
Keep a diary
One day we will look back at this time and think 'Did this actually happen?' Write a diary to help you to remember it by. You could update it each day or maybe once a week. Write about how you made it fun and what activities you got up to during the time of no school.
