Year 4
13/07/2020 Weekly letter to Year Four
Dear Year 4,
Hell everyone it is your teachers here for the final time before the summer holidays. We hope you have stayed safe in these difficult times and are still smiling. We have been busy in school but have missed seeing all your lovely faces in the classroom. The last week of the school is here and we are so proud of how hard you have all worked this year particularly during this strange summer term.
We know it is not the end of the year we all expected and it is sad that we do not all get to say goodbye properly but we now all need to look forward to next year and appreciate and remember the great year we have had and appreciate how resilient, positive and hard working you have all been this year.
We would love for you to send us some pictures of any of your great work from home and any pictures of you celebrating the 50th birthday of Westmoor Primary via talk to your teacher!
Don't forget if you send us your work you get enter into a prize draw each week to win a prize!!!
We have been really pleased seeing how much time you've all been spending on TT Rock stars, Hour of Code and Reading Egg so please keep this up throughout the summer but remember it's important to not spend all of the time looking at a screen! Try some of the fun/social activities and enjoy your summer holidays before the hard work begins again in September.
Thank you for a wonderful year we have really enjoyed teaching you all and wish you all the luck for next year and hope you have a fabulous summer holidays but stay safe and healthy.
Your Year 4 Team.
